We are most recognized for offering the widest selection of prom dresses throughout the country! Therefore, each location carries completely different inventory, so you are sure to find what you are looking for.
Although the inventory is different between the two locations, one thing you can find in each store is a dedicated stylist who provides one on one special attention to helping you find the perfect dress!

If you need to contact us in regards to online ordering, you can call us during our Online Business Hours from 9:00 am – 7:00 pm EST.
Unfortunately, there are no returns or exchanges on items purchased in-store, online or placed on layaway. All Sales are Final.
Once your order is placed, you cannot change or cancel your order in any way. Therefore, before placing your order, be sure to compare your measurements to the size chart which can be found with the images of every dress.
We do our best to keep our inventory information as accurate as possible, which during our busy seasons may be a bit challenging. However, in the event an item in your online order is not available, you will receive a cancellation notice within 24 hours of your order and if possible, we may offer you some alternatives.

Absolutely! We are an authorized retailer for all the designers on our website and more! Every single dress on our site is a 100% authentic designer gown and comes to us straight from the designer. You can find us listed as an authorized retailer on the designer's websites and on Top Prom.Just look for the seal!
Unfortunately, we do not make custom gowns including custom modifications. We sell brand new designer dresses only, which means that the dresses are only available in the style, colors and measurements shown on our website.
Yes! We want you to be that girl who makes a fashion statement at your prom, therefore, as a courtesy to our customers, we will make every effort not to sell the same dress, in the same color, to the same school/event when you purchase your dress in one of our stores…which is why we highly recommend shopping early so you can reserve the hottest dress for your prom before another girl does.
Please note that due to orders being placed worldwide, it currently is not feasible to register dresses purchased online.
To determine your size for a particular dress, we recommend that you take your bust, waist and hip measurements and compare them to the measurements found on the size chart for that dress. To see the size chart, click on the SIZE GUIDE link on the page of the dress you are interested in.
Sizing varies by designer and style, so be sure to consult the chart for the dress you are interested in. We recommend choosing the size that comfortably fits all of your measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size so you can have the dress altered by a seamstress for a perfect fit.
We do not offer in-store alterations. However, we would be more than happy to refer you to our local seamstress.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Sales tax is charged for residents of Georgia only. Please remember, payments are expected in full at the time your dress is purchased in-store and online, unless you put your dress on layaway.

Unfortunately not, our prices are set by our designers. If you find the exact same dress on a different site for significantly less, it is more than likely a knockoff designer dress made from cheaper materials and will not look the same. In addition, it may or may not be shipped to you in time for your event. If the price is too good to be true, it is.
Standard Shipping for USA is $10 and usually arrives between 7–10 business days. If you would like to expedite your shipping, we also offer Rush Shipping for $75 and usually arrives between 2–4 business days.
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number.
Yes! Our hassle-free Layaway Program is an easy way to get the dress of your dreams! We ask for half of the purchase price down as initial payment when putting a dress on layaway and you will have 30 days to pay it off. Once paid in full, you can either pick up your dress from the store or we will ship it to you. For more details, please call us or visit our store!
No, we do not rent dresses. We sell brand-new dresses only. However, we do rent tuxedos!
