The tuxedo rental process is very easy. All you have to do is select a package, get measured, pick up your tux, go to your event and bring the tux back the next day. That's it!
Each package includes a tuxedo jacket, matching pants, a microfiber dress shirt, shoes, a pocket square, studs and cuff-links, and any tie and vest or cummerbund.
The sooner, the better! We encourage everyone to place their orders as soon as their event date is set. Rush fees may apply if you place your order 7 business days or less prior to the event date.
Yes, we have over 200 color combinations! However, we suggest neutral accessories that coordinate with the color your date has chosen. Sometimes, a pocket square or boutonnière is all that is needed for that subtle pop of color!
Yes! We offer $40 off your tuxedo rental if your date bought her dress from us!
Your tux will arrive on your scheduled pick-up day where you'll have your final fitting. Typically, the scheduled pick-up date is 3-5 days prior to your event.
Definitely! Unfortunately, not at this time. The rental must be returned to us.
Yes, if you order is placed 7 days or less of your event, your account will be charged a $25 rush fee.
Everything can be rented as separates, except for the jacket. However, it is more cost effective to rent a complete outfit (tuxedo jacket, matching pants, a microfiber dress shirt, shoes, a pocket square, studs and cuff-links, and any tie and vest or cummerbund) rather than individual pieces.
Any gentleman can wear any of the fits! All three styles work well with all body types. The only difference between the fits is the tuxedo's silhouette.
You must pick-up and try on your tuxedo within 48 hours of your scheduled pickup date. If for some reason your order doesn’t fit, we will exchange your item for the right size. Additional fees/shipping charges may apply.
Please return your rental the next day after the wear date in order to avoid late fees.
Customers will be charged an additional $25 per day for every day the merchandise is not returned, per our Rental Agreement. Please contact us immediately if you know you cannot return the merchandise within one day of the wear date.
All rentals are final.
Yes, free changes to orders will be accepted only until the order actually goes into production (usually 7-10 days in advance). Once the order is in production, any changes will be placed as a new order and will be charged accordingly. i.e. Change vest color is $40.
The card is charged immediately upon placing your order, after we have ensured sizing and wear date availability.
You are charged $10 for insurance at the time of checkout, which will relieve you of any charges resulting from accidental damage. However, the insurance does NOT protect or relieve you from any charges resulting from malicious damages or lost merchandise.
In cases of significant damage, which renders the product unusable, or if you fail to return the product, your credit card will be charged for the retail price of the item.
